All orders are shipped via USPS, with occasional use of UPS for expediting of select orders. Rates are calculated through USPS calculator. Please allow 4-5 business days for orders to process.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
The quality of your products are important to us. If an item arrives damaged please submit photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. An investigation with USPS will be initiated on your behalf utilizing the images and details provided, and we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
My order has been delayed in transit for a long time is this normal ?
Due to Covid-19 and understaffing with UPSP occasionally we run into delivery issues or delays. If it shows your item has been accepted by usps but has a longer than normal delivery issue. Since the package will be in the USPS system and possession, we can are unable to or issue a refund until the outcome has been determined and escalated to USPS claims.
