APARTMENT 119 has a 15 day refund policy, which activates from the confirmed date of arrival of your product.
To be eligible for return, please return your item(s) in the same condition they were received: unused, carefully packaged.
To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how / where to send your item(s). Please contact us for any questions or concerns about your 119 purchase.
Please carefully inspect your order when it is received. If your item arrives damaged, broken, or unusable, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Because some of our curated items are one-of-a-kind, we will either: 1) work to replace the exact same item within 7 days or 2) offer a comparable item. If unable to satisfy the issue, we will issue a refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable. 119 will work directly with our customers to fulfill any specific needs such as sizing, discontinued items, or handmade goods, however these items are final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, will automatically refund via your original payment method. Please factor in the time it will take for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
